Viewing GT Web Streaming Sessions with a Windows Computer
System Requirements:

Make sure your Operation System is Windows 2000, XP Professional with
Service Pack 2 or higher, and or Windows
Vista Home Edition or higher.

To access web content make sure you have Windows
Internet Explorer 6 for Windows XP or higher with pop-ups turned off when accessing the page for the first
time. Please note Internet Explorer 8 Beta has not been tested.
·
To access video content make sure you Windows
Media Player 9 or higher.
·
Ensure you have Administrative access or a local
system administrator if the above requirements are not installed.

System Requirements:

Make sure your Operating system is Mac
OS X version 10.3.9 or later.
·
To access web content make sure you have Mozilla
Firefox 3.0 or higher.
·
To access video content make sure you have Flip4Mac version 2.0 or higher.
·
Ensure you have Administrative access or a local
System Administrator available if the above requirements are not installed.
